Four of the Oath Keepers in the United States were convicted Monday January 23, of “seditious conspiracy,” a felony with maximum prison term of 20 years, for their role in the so-called January 6th Insurrection. The lesser charge of sedition instead of treason is because, according to the defendants lawyers, “ … that while members of the group often darkly discussed the possibility of “revolution” and “civil war,” they never put together clear or practical plans to enter the Capitol or stop lawmakers from certifying the 2020 election.”
In the United States, seditious conspiracy is codified at 18 U.S.C. § 2384:
If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.
In total, there were eleven Oath Keepers indicted on charges of sedition for their role in the forced entry into the Capital building. A recent documentary, January 6th, contains extended footage from journalists, who were on the scene, showing without a doubt, that the angry mob, though they did not use weapons, did indeed fight the police to get inside.
Capitol police officer Caroline Edwards described at a House committee hearing, how a Proud Boys leader named Joseph Biggs encouraged another man to approach the bike rack barricade where she was posted. That man, Ryan Samsel, she said, pushed the bike rack over, causing her to hit her head and lose consciousness. But before she blacked out, Ms. Edwards recalled seeing “a war scene” playing out in front of her. Police officers were bleeding and throwing up, she recalled. “It was carnage,” she said. “It was chaos.”
Were the protesters infiltrated and aided by Antifa agent provocateurs? Also, a definite yes. Significant evidence of Antifa brothers, John and James Sullivan infiltrating the protest, reveals the full disclosure of an active psyops conducted during the storming of the capital. Fox News commentator, Tucker Carlson agreed, “It’s almost like it’s a coordinated operation,” after pointing out the media propaganda that “five officers had died on January 6,” when, in fact, none had died that day. He also complained bitterly, that the officer who shot unarmed protester Ashli Babbitt was honoured as a hero, instead of arrested as a murderer.
To be accurate, no officers died on January 6th, but one died of a stroke the next day after being pepper sprayed. An additional four officers committed suicide in the months that followed due to stress and trauma from the events of January 6th — 114 officers were injured, 15 of them hospitalised.
To add insult to injury, Ashli Babbitt’s mother was arrested at a protest for her fallen daughter. Her son-in-law, Guy Reffitt, was sentenced, in August, to 7 years in federal prison, for what, Shauni Kerkhoff, a former U.S. Capitol Police officer, said at Monday’s sentencing hearing: “His actions weren’t acts of patriotism. They were acts of domestic terrorism. I witnessed him lead an angry, motivated mob of armed individuals whose sole intent was to push past officers.”
Who benefited from the January 6th storming of the capital? It certainly was not Donald Trump, the Republican Party or those who took part in the insurrection. In fact, Trump was impeached a second time, booted off Twitter and 978 protesters were charged. The leader of the Oath Keepers, Stewart Rhodes was also found guilty of seditious conspiracy and is awaiting sentencing, expected in April, he’ll face a maximum of sixty years in prison for seditious conspiracy and two other charges of obstructing an official proceeding and destroying evidence. There is good reason to believe Rhodes will spend the rest of his life behind bars.

The protesters outnumbered the capital police 9400 to 315 officers. Testimony showed 17 calls for backup in 78 minutes, but no backup was forthcoming.
The Washington National Guard have 3400 members, yet no assistance was given. There are few reasonable answers to why they did not respond:
Long, convoluted excuses claiming “the answer as to why troops posted blocks away were unable to respond to the siege is as simple ― or as complicated ― as a morass of bureaucracy.”
It was Trump’s fault — he failed to authorize the National Guard because he wanted the protesters to succeed and overturn the election results.
It was Nancy Pelosi’s fault — the Democrats prevented the National Guard from being deployed because it was a setup.
It was an orchestrated operation to destroy the political dissidents, discredit the right, and make the left look like saints — coordinated by the US intel community lurking behind the scenes, manipulating the American public on both sides of the fence for a broader agenda.
We can dispense with the first three options for the simple reason that the American intelligence agencies would have to be as dumb as a post to not see the signs on social media that there was going to be trouble on January 6th, and that does not include the messaging from Trump himself. The US Dept of Defence were able to whip up 25,000 National Guard troops within a few days for Biden’s inauguration, without even working up a sweat.
We must consider there is a broader agenda at work. Francis End-of-History Fukuyama, US establishment insider, is quick to point out the painful connection between division at home and foreign policy abroad: “The single greatest weakness of the United States today does not lie in its economy or military power, but in the deep polarization that has affected American politics… A country that cannot rally around sensible public health measures during a pandemic will not rally around defense of freedom abroad.”
Translated: How can the Empire continue bombing and interfering in other nations if they cannot get support from home? If the Empire can’t coerce the plebs into taking experimental injections, how are they supposed to get them to agree to sending more money and weapons to the Ukraine? According to US government website: “Since January 2021, the United States has invested approximately $27.5 billion in security assistance to demonstrate our enduring and steadfast commitment to Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.”
The solution would appear relatively simple: End the division by marginalizing, ostracising and defeating those who protest against the agenda of the US military-industrial war machine. There is, in fact, a coordinated agenda against all government dissidents throughout the world, though it is beyond the scope of this article to detail its efforts, other than to point out its existence.
The American CIA has a long history of interventions in democratically elected governments throughout the world, detailed here, here, here and here. Why would it be surprising for them to conduct similar operations at home? The pattern is the same — destabilise the nation, engineer a coup or attempted coup and push the nation towards closer cooperation with US foreign policy goals. Just as Fukuyama suggested above.
If the goal is to destroy the opposition, then mission accomplished. In the aftermath of January 6th:
Trump was impeached twice, banned from Twitter and other social media.
Alternative social media site Parler was de-platformed by server Amazon.
Oath Keepers militia groups are splintered and their leaders facing serious jail time. The Oath Keepers had 88 chapters at the end of 2020, now the number of chapters has dropped by more than half, to 39.
Over 70 World leaders condemned the “threat to democracy” and most blamed Trump.
The protesters were branded “far-right extremists” and “neo-nazis” by media and “domestic terrorists” by the FBI.
Within days of January 6, three Republican states introduced laws limiting protesting.
American national morale was in the proverbial toilet in the aftermath:
The takeaway from all of this might be a stark warning to those opposed to the agenda of national governments. Violence, frustration and anger are easily manipulated by nefarious state intelligence agencies. Any mass movement in today’s cyber world is bound to be monitored very closely for signs of organized opposition to state power. Organized centralized groups are easily infiltrated and manipulated by state-sponsored agents who are well-funded, trained, experienced professionals, in comparison to the vast majority of protest movements which are amateur, reactionary, loosely organized and underfunded.
If we are to speak truth to power, better methods need to be employed in order to successfully turn the tables on the entrenched power brokers who control our national governments. The key is in the door: the main weapon of the establishment is media-generated and intelligence-sponsored psychological operations. In warfare, the best generals master the techniques and strategies of their enemies and use it against them.
“Victorious warriors win first and then go to war, while defeated warriors go to war first and then seek to win”
