Listen to a reading of this article:
In this week’s episode of the Galati Grift Wagon, Rocco Galati appeals the decision of the court to award court costs to CSASPP, after he lost his defamation lawsuit. Judge Chalmers ruled that Rocco Galati must pay $132,268.17.
Rocco, never at a loss for words, submitted his 30-page “FACTUM” to the Ontario Court of Appeal, in which he rambles on (prolixly), just to get to his main point, that he does not want to pay $132,268.17 to CSASPP. His main bone of contention, that he repeats fully 10 times in his submission, is the statement, made by Kip Warner of CSASPP, that Galati is a “serial con artist.”
Since that time, CSASPP has ordered the sheriff to put a lien on Rocco’s $2 million dollar house in the Little Italy neighbourhood of Toronto—the same 4-storey house that he paid CASH for in 2021, with the proceeds of his lengthy list of doomed-to-fail lawsuits on behalf of the Canadian Freedom Movement. Galati has nice taste in real estate, as you can see. You can take the full tour here. Who said grift doesn’t pay?
Many within the aforementioned Canadian Freedom Movement signed on to the Galati Grift Wagon, due to the considerable public relations promotion from Action4Canada’s Tanya Gaw and Vaccine Choice Canada’s Ted Kuntz, who gushed enthusiastically about the “successful win” they had in court on February 14, 2024.
Winning and losing are just social constructs. Today, Action4Canada are “winning fluid” because they identify as successful. If Rocco “wins” any more cases, he is going to have to go down to Canadian Tire and invest in a nice tent, so he can sleep in the park comfortably.
All kidding aside, Galati lost his appeal and the 3 Appeals Court justices held Justice Chalmer’s ruling that Rocco must pay court costs to the 8 lawyers.
You can read more about Galati’s unsuccessful appeal in our previous article:
The so-called alternative media has been remarkably silent about Galati’s lawsuits until now. Rebel News star reporter Drea Humphrey attempts a fair treatment of Galati’s grifting, but falls short of mentioning even a hint of wrong-doing on Galati’s part, despite the fact that Drea mentions Rocco lost his defamation lawsuit against CSASPP, and he now has two malpractice lawsuits against him, initiated by former clients, Dr. Kulvinder Gill and Dr. Ashvinder Kaur Lamba.
Dr. Kulvinder is now on the verge of bankruptcy. She has legal costs of $300,000 to pay immediately, and she is forced to launch a Givesendgo campaign to stave off the wolves.
Drea also neglects to mention that Galati is on the hook for $13,000 for court costs for his failed appeal on behalf of Action4Canada, and another $14,600 because of his failed defamation case against the Law Society of Ontario. Galati sued the Law Society and its intake director Sharon Greene for $500,000, but predictably the lawsuit was tossed out.
By asking for donations, immediately after claiming that Action4Canada was successful in court on February 14th, Tanya Gaw is opening herself up to FRAUD charges. Extorting money out of people on false pretences is the definition of fraud.
Action4Canada also reveals their lack of comprehension of the legal system, by not only claiming that they won in court on February 14, but also by not understanding that they lost because the 391-page phone book was indeed prolix, just as Justice Ross ruled. It was tossed out because it violated the rules of procedure.
The paranoid rant by A4C is just totally backwards:
“The government understands that A4C and VCC are a real force against the global agenda. This is why they attack the claims IN COURT on form and style rather than CONTENT. They fear that the claims will be proven in court using the evidence and so labelling them as a conspiracy theory and dismissing them would avoid this. This is also why they attack the plaintiffs as well as the lawyer, doubling down with attacks via social media and MSM, using lies and distortions in an effort to discredit A4C and VCC and attempting to destroy our support.”
A healthy sense of paranoia is justified if everyone really is out to get you, but if the opposite is true, and you are basically complicit in scamming millions of dollars out of the Canadian Freedom movement, then you really need to examine yourself.
After discussing the Galati Grift Wagon with several lawyers who are involved in other legal actions within the Canadian Freedom Movement, it becomes clear that Galati has not gone unnoticed by the legal profession. Just one quote from a reputable Canadian lawyer, who prefers to remain anonymous, should suffice:
“Tanya Gaw is getting absolutely hosed, beyond belief. She is a victim of a horrific scamster out East, whose drafting skills are non-existent, and whose judgment when it comes to what to plead … and then the response to [Justice] Allen Ross’ judgment are just horrifying … provoking the slapping of foreheads across the country, in every law firm that looks at what this guy is doing, and says you’ve got to be kidding? Why would you appeal a chamber’s judge pleadings’ motion when he’s given you leave to amend? You launch an appeal, immediately exposing your client, to not just the cost of your own fees, which are substantial on an appeal. You’ve got to order all the transcripts and the materials that were filed. You’ve got to assemble the appeal record, then you’ve got to file facts, then you’ve got to attend a hearing. And then you lose with absolute certainty.”
Caveat Emptor
Some due diligence is in order for all the sincere, hardworking Canadians who were affected by the medical tyranny during and after the manufactured crisis of Covid-19. We simply cannot do business as usual when the fate, of not only our beloved Canada is at stake, but also the lives of all nations on Planet Earth.
Grifters play on people’s lack of knowledge, especially in areas like the law or medicine. The pharmaceutical companies, in league with national governments and the mainstream media manipulated science and data to achieve their goals. Some of us were diligent and saw through the scam. When all is said and done, buyer beware should be the rule of thumb for anyone seeking health or legal advice.
Buyer beware comes from Latin:
Caveat emptor, quia ignorare non debuit quod jus alienum emit.
“Let a purchaser beware, for he ought not to be ignorant of the nature of the property which he is buying from another party.”
Though it refers to the buying of property, caveat emptor is a principle of law in Canada, and elsewhere. It is in Latin because it is a principle derived from the Roman legal system hundreds of years ago.
The hope of all of this legal squandering is that interested parties in the Canadian Freedom Movement will emerge wiser. The best teacher is often experience.
Rocco and Tanya may be having their Jim Bakker/Tammy Faye moment. For those who need a reminder, Jim Bakker spent 5 years in Federal prison for fraud, after fleecing his flock $200 million to build a theme Park and a hotel Ponzi scheme. Tammy Faye, bless her plastic heart, got off scot free, and became a gay icon, attending Pride Parades and defending same-sex marriage—a fate that would no doubt horrify the above-mentioned Canadian evangelist.

Have you considered Rocco might be full bore manic rather than a scamster? Btw, every house in downtown Toronto is 2+ million, it not a mansion for that price. Not defending him, just pointing out another angle.
You seem to have lost sight of several key points:
1) Mr. Galatti has a son who was vaccine injured and has autism..he is personally invested in these cases
2)Mr. Galatti almost died in the hospital (it appears that the hospital attempted to kill him) in December 2021/January 2022 and would have died if it were not for his wife's advocacy efforts. He may have been deliberately poisoned.
3)The governments have slow-walked responses very deliberately
4)Mr. Galatti is not responsible for his health crisis and the way in which that affected his ability to perform his duties.
5) The BC Government accusing Galatti of "conspiracy theory" targeted Dr. Charles Hoffe, a doctor above all reproach. It has been suggested that the BC government even went so far as to use direct energy weapons to create fires in Lytton, BC where Hoffe lives in order to destroy records which he was keeping regarding his native patients who had been injured by the vaccine in early 2021.
