The latest big exposure of sex trafficking, The Sound of Freedom, hit the theatres this week. People flocked to see the movie about superhero Tim Ballard’s exploits in saving kids from pedophile sex traffickers. The film grossed $14.2 million on opening day, July 4, taking top spot in the theatres in the USA.
Big media influencers like Mel Gibson, Ivanka Trump, Glen Beck, Elon Musk and Tony Robbins have all endorsed the film. Even Canadian celebrity Jordan Peterson jumped on the bandwagon and interviewed lead actor Jim Caviezel and Tim Ballard. The interview begins with Caviezel stammering, “This is the best interview of my life, I love your line of questioning.” He then continues in a monotone voice that sounds like he is either reading a script or he’s on anti-depressants. Maybe both?
Conservatives in the alternative community gushed over the film on social media, promoting it as a great exposure of pedophiles and sex trafficking:
The left-wing American media trashed the film as a Q-anon conspiracy theory. The problem with the American political climate is that whatever the right wing says the left wing hates and won’t endorse, no matter what it is—and this is true in the reverse. If a left wing pundit says it, then the right will reject it. Too bad, so sad, but that is the result of the Pepsi versus Coke political war.
We digress.
The Guardian report on the film was cannon fodder for an article that bent over backwards in some verbal gymnastics:
“Following that money leads back to a more unsavory network of astroturfed boosterism among the far-right fringe, a constellation of paranoids now attempting to spin a cause célèbre out of a movie with vaguely simpatico leanings. The uninitiated may not pick up on the red-yarn-and-corkboard subtext pinned onto a mostly straightforward extraction mission in South America, pretty much taken with a faint whiff of something noxious in the air. Those tuned in to the eardrum-perforating frequency of QAnon, however, have heeded a clarion call that leads right to the multiplex.”
Ballard’s organization, Operation Underground Railway has been successful in its fundraising efforts—tax documents reveal that in 2018, it raised more than $17 million through contributions and grants. In 2019, that number hit the $21 million mark. In 2018, Ballard made $343,022, while all other chief executives made between $100,000 and $180,000. That seems quite profitable for a non-profit.
A former victim of sex trafficking Madyson Marquette, posted a video, calling it a “sham of movie.” Marquette has written a book about her experiences in the porn industry. She claims that “You don’t need to go watch this movie to know that human trafficking is real. Where in this movie has Jim Caveizel, Mel Gibson or Tim Ballard talked to any survivor? … where have they asked a survivor what they thought about the movie?”
Marquette claims that spending $22 to see the movie is literally funding human sex trafficking, because you are funding Hollywood so they can continue human sex trafficking. Another red flag about the film is its previous ownership by Disney.
One of the Operation Underground Railroad (OUR) fundraisers, Andrew McCubbins is awaiting sentencing for fraud. United States Attorney’s Office announced the indictment of six people in the largest alleged fraud loss in United States history—totalling over $4.5 billion. One of those involved was Andrew McCubbins, who had pled guilty to an unrelated $100 million medical fraud scheme before the indictment.
Sound of Freedom’s main storyline portrays Ballard’s dramatic rescue of a Honduran girl who was kidnapped and sold to a Colombian drug lord. According to investigative reporter, Lynn Packer, the story is fake: “However, as detailed in this report, the Sound of Freedom’s key plot is bogus. No girl was kidnapped and sold into sex slavery. Ballard never risked his life freeing the girl from the clutches of her captor.”
Operation Underground Railroad, (OUR) was under investigation by the Davis County Attorney’s office for exaggerating its role in law-enforcement crackdowns on child predators as a means of self-promotion and fundraising.
Investigations by the news organization VICE also sounded the alarm on OUR’s inflated claims of being at the forefront in the anti-trafficking fight and its integral collaboration with law enforcement.
“What we found aren’t outright falsehoods but a pattern of image-burnishing and mythology-building, a series of exaggerations that are, in the aggregate, quite misleading,” VICE reported in October 2021.
VICE reported in 2021, it had confirmed through anonymous sources “that several people have been interviewed about their dealings with OUR not just by investigators from Rawlings’ office, but by the FBI. Investigators from the IRS and Homeland Security are also said to be involved, according to people familiar with the scope of the investigation.”
According to investigative reporter, Lynn Packer who has done extensive digging into OUR and Tim Ballard,
“Tim Ballard is deliberately lying and doing so to make a profit. The entire foundation of his organization was build on a lie, Tim Ballard has created elaborate hoaxes to scam people and profit off the human trafficking hysteria and exploit Mormons and QAnon believer’s culture, paranoia and fears for his own personal gain. Here it is, in black and white.. literally. Tim Ballard still has the audacity to act as if there is no reason to even question him.”
Tim Ballard has repeated the story ad nauseam that he rescued a young boy named Pedro from a sex trafficker at the border. This story has been proven to be completely false. The boy was not Mexican, he was American, and the man was not a sex trafficker, he was just a run-of-the-mile pedophile who got caught. Ballard revealed the man’s name, Earl Buchanan which allowed Lynn Packer to access the border agent’s report and share the key revelations, posted verbatim here:
Revelations
Earl Venton Buchanan was not a “human trafficker” or “child sex trafficker”. He was pedophile. This is a typical case of pedophilia where the victim or perhaps we should say that family members are really groomed as well.
The five year-old victim was not “kidnapped”. Buchanan was a lifelong friend of the family. The victim’s grandmother knew Buchanan since he was young.
The five year-old victim was not a Mexican, but an American. So was his sister.
The victim’s sister was not kidnapped or trafficked. She was at home with her grandmother when Border Patrol called to ask if she had given Buchanan permission to take the boy out of the country. She fully corroborated Buchanan’s story without speaking to him, as he was in custody.
Tim Ballard did not rescue the 5 year-old boy nor was he “rescued”. Earl Buchanan forgot to bring Jose’s birth certificate or other identification upon returning to the United States, so a Border Patrol agent asked him to pull into the Vehicle Secondary Inspection area, which is protocol and procedure when someone doesn’t not have identification.
While in the Vehicle Secondary Inspection area, the boy seemed comfortable with Buchanan and sat on his lap in the driver’s seat.
Border Patrol agents began searching Buchanan’s vehicle as per procedure. According to U.S. Customs and Border Patrol policy, if an occupant in a vehicle claims to be a citizen but has no identification, they search the vehicle to see if there is evidence of a person or persons not being a U.S. citizen or evidence that they are. They also search for contraband, weapons and narcotics.
During the inspection, one agent uncovered a handheld camera and played the tape inside. This is to see if it is functional and not concealing drugs. Also per policy, it is to see if the occupants are in the video, what language they speak and what they are doing (does it appear to be a vacation video?, do they appear not to be from the United States, etc.)
Upon playing a second tape, video showed what appeared to be an older man molesting the child in the vehicle. Buchanan was taken into custody, and the victim was noticeably shaken and became upset when they separated him from Buchanan.
Per policy, U.S. Customs and Border Patrol uncovers evidence of a crime within the United States; they contact their parent agency, the Department of Homeland Security.
Agents made contact with the grandmother and she was aware he was with Buchanan, and said they were on a trip to Mexico to visit the boy’s father.
Border Patrol agents contacted the Department of Homeland Security Investigations Division.
Tim Ballard arrived about 45 minutes later to collect the VHS cassette as evidence, as well as the Lorazepam.
Con men and sociopaths have a similar pattern:
They tell you what you want to hear
They present themselves as your saviour
They rip you off
The painful truth needs to be repeated and shared. The American media and the American conservative right wing are both controlled and infiltrated by celebrities, influencers and politicians who keep doing the same drill over and over again. But unfortunately, the right wingers keep falling for it. The same thing is happening on the left. The media creates a narrative for both sides, and then they pit the two sides against each other.
It’s like an episode of Battle Bots: “With all the thrills and edge-of-your-seat tension of a major sporting tournament, combined with the latest in robot engineering and larger-than-life inventors, BattleBots has viewers of all ages gripped!” So exciting. Take note of the red and blue teams:
Human sex trafficking, however, is very real. Jeffrey Epstein’s island in the Caribbean was a hub for sex trafficking and blackmailing powerful people. His client list includes 1971 names of the rich and powerful. So far, none of them have been investigated or arrested.
All the people listed in his black book claim they never knew him, never met him nor did they ever attend any parties where Epstein was present. A Mother Jones reporter spent months calling every single name in the book and netted a big, fat zero. It’s actually ludicrous to think any one of the rich and powerful people he called would admit publicly to a reporter that they either a.) knew Epstein or b.) had sex with minors. Did the reporter think they would all confess?
Meanwhile, Tim Ballard claims he is a former CIA and Homeland Security agent according to his bio:
“Ballard began his career with the CIA and then spent over a decade working as a Special Agent for the Department of Homeland Security where he was deployed as an undercover operative. He has worked every type of case imaginable in the fight to dismantle child trafficking rings. He has worked undercover in the United States and in multiple foreign countries to infiltrate child trafficking organizations. In 2013, Ballard and a team of former government operatives left their careers to go about the work of saving children as a private foundation.”
The CIA is the Deep State. There are 800,000 Americans with top level CIA security clearance. That’s the Deep State. If Tim Ballard was a special agent for the DHS, then he is a Deep State agent. Plain and simple. The CIA runs Hollywood, as well as the media. It also runs drugs and sex trafficking in the USA.
Ballard’s organization hides the truth in plain sight. It is called Operation Underground Railroad. An operation is a covert military project. Railroading someone is when you con them or force them to do something against their will.
Ballard’s organization and the movie can therefore be seen as part of an ongoing clandestine project, to provide smoke and mirrors for the illegal activities of the United States’ government.
Ted Gunderson exposed in 2011, the U.S. government’s involvement in child sex trafficking:
“Massive government funds exist for all 50 U.S. States that can only be collected if they meet certain quotas of children put into this system, so many children are literally kidnapped, mostly medically kidnapped, from their parents to meet the demand for children in this evil, Satanic system, which is mostly operated by Christian Churches collecting funds from the Government.”
If you want to wake people up and make them aware of child sex trafficking, then sending them to a Hollywood movie that steers them down a dead end, is not the answer. The truth is far darker and uglier than anything presented in Sound of Freedom. Many of the people, some of them state senators, who tried to expose sex trafficking in the Deep State were murdered.
The good news is that the Deep State cannot keep the truth hidden forever. Making up lies to cover up previous lies will eventually fall apart. The cracks in the New World Order are getting bigger and sooner or later, the narrative will collapse. The elites will make mistakes. Exercise your critical thinking skills, and connect all the dots to see the bigger picture. Use your chisel of truth and pound away at the cracks with the hammer of your own determination. All will be revealed.

The Sound of Conman Tim Ballard
Red flags all around Ballard and his movie. Quite apart from the micro details what stood our was that his devotees had been gripped by fear and vitriolic disposition to those who smelled something fishy. A Jim C interview gave the game away where he spoke of 'weaponizing' the fear of having a child taken. Jim quoted 840K 'kids' going missing every year and asked listerners to imagine being at a 4th of July picnic and suddenly your child has gone. Of that estimate only 120 are 'Taken' so he was fearmongering. Ballard is a confabulating conman peddling fear and raking in donations. In previous years OUR paid him $335K annually but in 2022 this went up to $526K annually, plus expenses. Weaponinizing fear paid him very well indeed.
Thank you for putting this together. Lots of great information, and whilst it needs to be picked through, it's helpful to see it laid out so well.
I'm trying to raise awareness of the work of Nancy Scheafer, the Georgia senator who exposed the family court system so this is a great breadcrumb for me:
Ted Gunderson exposed in 2011, the U.S. government’s involvement in child sex trafficking:
“Massive government funds exist for all 50 U.S. States that can only be collected if they meet certain quotas of children put into this system, so many children are literally kidnapped, mostly medically kidnapped, from their parents to meet the demand for children in this evil, Satanic system, which is mostly operated by Christian Churches collecting funds from the Government.”
