Why the Moon Landing is Not a Hoax

And Why it is a Hoax

There are some inquisitive people who distrust NASA, and some are convinced that NASA lies about everything. Some even believe NASA is lying about outer space. This is usually the Flat Earth community, who also believe we live on a motionless disc covered by a dome. This is covered in my previous post about how the Flat Earth psychosis is a CIA-engineered psychological operation that took off in earnest in 2015. Some people have gone down this mad rabbit hole, never to return.

It is true that there are some interesting and incriminating photographic evidence of what seems to be fakery concerning the Apollo missions. These photos are readily available on the internet: from green screen videos, bubbles, flags on the moon waving in the wind, and photos in space without stars. Most people reading this have seen all this evidence and already made up their minds. It is not my intention to change the minds of the NASA-LIES/Flat Earth crowd because it is virtually impossible.

You cannot change someone’s core belief system, and for some, whose worldview is completely tied into the Flat Earth, and the parallel NASA-LIES theory, there is no way out of the rabbit hole. They are the Mad-hatters who have taken up permanent residence in the rabbit hole — and they like it down there.

Here are several reasons why the Apollo Moon Landings DID, in fact, occur, and if you are a rational human being, you will most likely find these reasons more compelling than evidence offered by the Flat Earth community.

1. Reams and reams of photographic evidence of all the Apollo missions. Over 100,000 photos were taken by the 27 Apollo astronauts who were all equiped with Swedish-made Hasellblad cameras. A recent Flickr account called the Project Apollo Archive contains over 11,660 photographs.

   

2. Reams and reams of transcripts of the Apollo flight logs, available here and here.

3. Reams and reams of technical manuals available here and here. There is enough information in these manuals for anyone with sufficient science background to build their own Apollo spacecraft and recreate the moon landings. This also debunks the view that “NASA lost the technology to go to the moon.” We live in a digital era — no technology is lost anymore — it is digitally stored and much of it is online for anyone to duplicate.

4. Amateur scientists have, in fact, built their own rockets here, here, here and here and launched them into space.

5. Russia went to the moon first in the Luna rocket, an unmanned rocket that landed on the moon September 15, 1959.

   

6. The Chinese landed a robotic spacecraft on the moon in 2019, known as the Chang’e rocket.

7. 3rd party observers. Many astronomers followed the Apollo missions and photographed them. Japanese and Chinese spacecraft photographed evidence on the moon of the previous Apollo mission. Katterling Grammar School in the US used radio waves to track the Apollo mission.

8. The Apollo missions, as well as the Russian Sputnik program vastly accelerated the development of high-speed computers. We would not be online right now on social media with our laptops and cell phones without the space program. Daniel Lockney, the editor of NASA’s annual publication Spinoff, said the advancements during the Apollo missions were incredible: “There were remarkable discoveries in civil, electrical, aeronautical and engineering science, as well as rocketry and the development of core technologies that really pushed technology into the industry it is today,” he said. “It was perhaps one of the greatest engineering and scientific feats of all time. It was huge. The engineering required to leave Earth and move to another heavenly body required the development of new technologies that before hadn’t even been thought of. It has yet to be rivalled.”

To return to the issue of NASA faking videos and creating the impression on social media that they never went to the moon: Stanley Kubrick allegedly gave an interview in 1999 to filmmaker T. Patrick Murray, where Kubrick claimed he filmed the fake moon landing and it was all a hoax. Unfortunately, the man interviewed is obviously not Kubrick who has a very distinctive voice. On IMDB, the actor who plays Kubrick is listed as Tom Mayk.

Okay, so why all the intense scrutiny over the Apollo moon landings? Considering that the main group of die-hard NASA-FAKED-THE-MOON-LANDINGS crowd are also the Flat Earth crowd, it makes it difficult not to speculate that both the Flat Earth and the Fake Moon Landings are just one and the same psyops.

The person who originally sowed the doubt in the minds of Americans was Bill Kaysing, who served as head of technical publications from 1956 to 1963 at NASA. He wrote a book called We Never Went to the Moon: America's Thirty Billion Dollar Swindle in 1974, that claimed:

In his book, Kaysing introduced arguments where he claimed he proved the Moon landings were faked. Claims in the book include:

• NASA lacked the technical expertise to put a man on the Moon.

• the absence of stars in lunar surface photographs was indicative of a hoax.

• there were unexplained optical anomalies in the photographs taken on the Moon.

• there was an absence of blast craters beneath the Lunar Modules, and that the rocket engines of the Lunar Modules should have generated an enormous dust cloud near their landing sites the final seconds of descent.

• the death of Thomas Baron, a quality control and safety inspector for North American Aviation, was mysterious and indicative of a hoax.

• He also noted that Dutch newspapers questioned the "authenticity" of the Moon landings.

Ironically, Kaysing was originally contracted to write an outlandish satire of the moon hoax theory showing how ridiculous it is. But, as the story goes, when he researched the subject, he became convinced that NASA had indeed defrauded everybody and that the astronauts never got farther from earth than an airplane.

Kaysing makes two good points in his very poorly written book:

1. Based on his knowledge of the rocketry's performance characteristics and thrust, Kaysing claims that it would have left a huge crater beneath the lunar module on touchdown. No such crater is ever visible in any Apollo photo. And the reason for this is that it was not the LAUNCH vehicle that landed on the lunar surface, but the LUNAR LANDING MODULE, a small detachable pod that needed very little thrust due to the low gravity of the moon. The launch vehicle was left in orbit while the astronauts landed on the moon and then returned to the launch vehicle for the return ride home. This was excessively dangerous and there was barely enough fuel to accomplish it.

2. Curiously, UK physicist, Dr David Groves has discovered serious anomalies in the Apollo pictures that indicate that some of these pictures could not possibly have been taken on the Moon. Did NASA film the lunar landings in a sound stage for mass consumption for the hungry American audience? And more importantly, does this mean the whole Apollo program was a complete hoax?

The short answer is yes they probably did, and no, it wasn’t a complete hoax.

There is a running joke by those that work there, that NASA stands for Never A Straight Answer or Numerous Anomalies and Scams Allowed. The simplest explanation to account for the facts is usually correct. NASA filmed scenes of the astronauts on Earth, probably because the actual film on the moon looked horrible. How could it possibly look good with no lightning, and well it is the moon, which is not even as attractive as the Arizona desert, where the moon landing was allegedly filmed.

NASA needed to sell the idea to the American public and the world that USA was still number one and winning the Space Race, especially, since America was in a geopolitical life-or-death struggle with the Soviet Union for global dominance. The Space Race needed a good PR program and, like all things in the media, its influence on public opinion can never be underestimated.

What may be more probable is that the CIA runs defence for NASA by creating smoke and mirrors campaigns such as the Flat Earth psyops to discredit those critical of the military industrial complex, and marginalise political dissidents by equating those opposed to the government with “flat earthers,” “conspiracy theorists,” and those who say the Apollo space program never happened.

Interesting to note, that the original Fake Moon Landing theory was created by a former NASA employee, Bill Kaysing. This is a repeated theme with so-called whistleblowers who often claim to be former military or NASA employees. Such as Dr. R. Ken Johnston, Sr., who was one of four Civilian Astronaut Consultant Pilots from the Apollo Moon Program. He is a retired aerospace engineer and former active duty US Marine. He claims he has photographic evidence of moon bases and anomalies in Apollo photographs that he was ordered to destroy, but instead he kept them.

According to his bio, “Johnston was hired by Grumman Aircraft Corp. because of his training as a pilot with an avionics background for the Apollo Lunar Module testing. His duty was to assist with cockpit and instrument development and Astronaut training at the Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas. Ken later worked at the Lunar Receiving Laboratory, where all the moon rocks were stored, cataloged and in some cases, distributed to scientists from around the world. As the Director of the Data and Photo Control Department, he had access to all the original lunar pictures, film and slides.”

Anyone working for NASA, the US military and Grumman Aircraft would no doubt have signed multiple contracts and non-disclosure agreements. If he violated these agreements, which he clearly states he has, he would be in jail right now, just like Julian Assange. Edward Snowden was forced to flee American and now lives in exile in Russia, but Johnston, for some inexplicable reason, gets a get out of jail free card.

The CIA has a lengthy track record of covert operations against its own citizens as well as citizens of other nations. It would seem reasonable to conclude, that the CIA wants to keep prying eyes from looking at the various projects that NASA, DARPA, Space X and the newly created Space Force are working on. The Fake Moon Landing Hoax most likely originated with the CIA, who continue to promote it, along with other theories about Flat Earth, UFO’s, aliens and crop circles.

Like all things in the media, whether it is mainstream media or even alternative media, things are rarely what they seem. If there is a coordinated effort to keep the average joe and jane distracted, brainwashed and confused, there is also a coordinated effort to keep the anti-establishment crowd equally distracted, brainwashed and confused. People with critical thinking abilities are not easy prey for pseudoscience. Sadly, the American public has undergone decades of dumbing down through the public school system, television programming, advertising campaigns, and organised psychological operations.
